Kai Murray — Director, Premium Sales & Service

Born in Bridgeport, CT, and raised in Cincinnati, OH, Kai joined the Washington Nationals in March of 2015. Prior to joining the Nationals, Kai served three years as the Manager of Club Seat Sales with the Arizona Cardinals. Previous to his time in Arizona, Kai spent four years as the Premium Sales Manager for Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer, selling and servicing the team's luxury suites. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as an Account Executive with the Jacksonville Jaguars selling season tickets plans, after beginning his career with the Frisco RoughRiders, Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Kai received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University in Chicago.

What is your favorite feature of Nationals Park?
Club 24 and the K Street Boxes. The guest experience in both of those clubs is the best I've seen in professional sports, anywhere in this country.

Maribel grew up in San Diego, California and received her degree from San Diego State University. She began her career in the sports industry as an intern with the Houston Astros before returning home to work for the San Diego Padres. She joined the Season Ticket Services department in 2010 and her hobbies include watching all sports (especially baseball), music, art, exploring the DC area and traveling.

A native of Bowie, Maryland, Michael joined the Washington Nationals in the winter of 2007. After graduating from the University of Maryland in the spring of 2005 with a double major in English and Criminal Justice, Michael began his career in sports as a marketing intern with the Bowie Baysox, a Minor League baseball team that plays in the Double-A Eastern League. After completing his internship, Michael joined the Washington Wizards as an Inside Sales Representative. Outside of work, Michael enjoys sports, reading, writing, traveling, music and spending time with family and friends.

A diehard baseball fan, Zaid rejoined the Washington Nationals in March 2016 as the Manager of Ticket Services. Previously, Zaid was an Account Executive in the Ticket Services department between the 2010 and 2013 seasons. Between stints with the Nats, Zaid managed the service and retention department for Georgia Tech Athletics with The Aspire Group for almost 2.5 years. A proud graduate of Old Dominion University, Zaid enjoys traveling and attending live sporting events.

A native of Easton, Massachusetts, Kofi joined the Washington Nationals in December of 2013. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, he joined the Atlanta Braves as a Ticket Sales Trainee and worked with the Boston Red Sox as a Ticket Services Associate. Kofi is an avid sports fan and is excited to be part of a franchise with so much promise.

Carissa grew up in Chapman, Kansas and received her degree from The University of Kansas in 2013. She began her career in sports as a Box Office Assistant for the York Revolution, an independent baseball team in York, Pennsylvania. Before joining the Washington Nationals, Carissa worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks as an Inside Sales Consultant. Carissa enjoys watching all sports, especially KU basketball (Rock Chalk!), and loves all outdoor activities.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Devin joined the Nationals in July of 2015. Before joining the Nationals, Devin served six months for The Aspire Group, Inc. at the University of Maryland as Team Leader of Service and Retention. Prior to becoming Team Leader, he spent time as a Senior Sales Consultant at Maryland and started his career as a Sales Consultant at New Mexico State University. Devin received his bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Delaware. Outside of work, Devin enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling, reading, and exploring Washington D.C.

Prior to moving to D.C., he spent the past five years working for the Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) and Minnesota Lynx (WNBA), focusing on fan experience and membership service initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in communication and leadership studies from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, and a master's degree in sport management from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. In his spare time, Zach enjoys golfing, going to concerts, and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers!

Born and raised in the DMV area, Emily headed south for Gamecock Country where she attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Sport and Entertainment Management. Fresh out of college, Emily returned home in 2013 to immediately start working for the Washington Redskins as a Client Service Coordinator for their Suite Department. Emily went on to join the Washington Nationals in the Fall of 2015 and has been loving it ever since. Emily's hobbies include cycling, rooting for SEC college football, exploring D.C.'s finest culinary offerings, socializing with friends, and most of all spending time with family.

Mary Kate is a native of Woodbridge, VA and a graduate of James Madison University. After graduating in 2009, Mary Kate embarked on her sports career working with the Hagerstown Suns, which is where her love of baseball began! She joined the Nationals in July of 2011 as part of a sales development program. In February of 2013, Mary Kate transitioned into Season Ticket Services. A few years later in February 2015, she joined the Premium Client Services Team. Mary Kate loves the excitement that the Nationals' fans bring and can't wait to see what is in store for the 2017 season! When not hanging out a Nats Park, she loves spending time with her puggle, Rooney.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, McKenzie joined the Washington Nationals in May of 2016. After attending Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, McKenzie spent three years working for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando. After her time with Disney, McKenzie returned home to Portland where she began her career in sports with the Portland Trail Blazers. When McKenzie is not at Nationals Park, she enjoys traveling, going to Blazer games, and discovering new restaurants.
